Not a bad review of the suburb. Definitely true, Beverly Hills is not for anyone that is looking for a inner west vibe but it’s convenience is second to none. It has the convenience of hurstville yet located just far enough away that it doesn’t get sucked into the hustle and bustle of hurstville. I think Beverly Hills suits young families who are looking for a suburban lifestyle in Sydney without the extorsionist prices of the east or north. Everything is a stones away, including cafes and shopping. Covid might have affected this currently but one other big plus is the late nite dinning experiences with multiple Chinese restaurant that open up til 2am.

Great review! I actually think that for the land sizes, location, convenience and environment, Beverly Hills already punches above their weight. Definitely an up-and-coming suburb – especially with the new masterplan that George’s River have up their sleeves.

The night scene with the restaurants and pubs are definitely a bonus. But would be better if there were more dining / amenity options during the day.

I think this is a great place for a young couple to start their family. I’m looking to move here myself when the right property comes along.

I really wouldn’t put Beverly Hills under the “Western Suburbs” tag as it’s more south than west (right next to Kingsgrove which is under the “Southern Suburbs” tag.

It’s the beginning of 2024 and already I can see a huge improvement on King Georges Road. I think the council is starting to revamp the entire dining strip – giving it the love it deserves.

As someone who grew up in Beverly Hills, I’m looking forward to moving back into the area once the right property comes along – although the prices have raised significantly since I last looked back in 2022.

In my opinion the best areas of Beverly Hills to live in is definitely on the Regina Coeli church side where it is much quieter, more green and overall wider streets and roads so we are talking – Ponyara Road and Pallamana Parade.
