One of the leafiest gems of Sydney’s Inner West, Annandale is a cleaner, more sanitised version of the “grittier” parts of the region, with a good blend of pretty streetscapes, location & amenities. Pricey as usual, though.

Safe, peaceful & featuring multiple charming streetscapes, Stanmore’s appeal is offset somewhat by typical high Inner West property prices and an exposure to aircraft noise.
Quaint & peaceful little slice of Lower North Shore goodness will be beautiful for some and boring for others, but its location is undeniably excellent.
